As strange as this sounds, I enjoyed "Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story" because of its music and random cameos. John C. Reilly does a good job stepping away from his typical Will Ferrell sidekick role, playing the title character who is basically a combination of Johnny Cash and Bob Dylan. At times it has decent laughs, especially with the appearance of The Beatles, but ultimately it is just a typically dumb parody movie. The music is actually rather good, with a few of the songs sounding like they could be legitimate, real life singles. I was glad I watched it, but I do not think I ever will again.
